1. Payments

All payments are processed at the time of purchase through our payment partner, Clearhaus, using the QuickPay gateway. Payment will be taken immediately after the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation email.

You can also pay by domestic (in Denmark, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland) or international bank transfer to the following account in Betri Banki:

Please remember to include your order number and/or your full name when making a bank transfer.

2. Product and Service Information

This store offers:

  • Digital products: Upon successful payment, digital products will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  • Educational services: Lessons are conducted online or in person (subject to availability). You will receive a confirmation email with scheduling details upon successful payment.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Digital Products

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. If you choose to withdraw:

  • You will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
  • You agree to destroy the product upon receiving the refund.

Educational Services

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable.
  • If the instructor cancels the lesson, the customer is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Digital products are sold as is without warranty.
  • Educational services do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or progress.

5. Defective Products
