i have always loved hayao miyazaki’s films. there’s something about their quiet magic — how they hold both innocence and depth, simplicity and wonder. paired with joe hisaishi’s music, they feel like dreams you can step into.

this piece is a soundtrack for an imagined scene — two people sit beneath a great tree late at night, the air thick with warmth and something unspoken. millions of fireflies drift across the sky. their fingers brush, then intertwine.
